5 Jalapenos
4 oz cream cheese room temperature
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese Optional: additional needed to sprinkle on top
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried chives
1/3 cup cooked bacon crumbles
1. Start by cutting the jalapeños in half lengthwise and be sure to remove the seeds and the ribs of the pepper or else it will be very spicy. You can easily do this with a small spoon.
2. In a small bowl mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, onion powder, garlic salt and chives until well combined.
3. Fill each half of the jalapeño with the cream cheese mixture making sure not to over fill it.
4. Top each one of them with about 1/2 a tablespoon of bacon crumbles and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
Air Fry method:
Line them up in the Air Fryer making sure they are not touching. Air fry at 400° for about 8-10 minutes or until peppers are at desired softness
Oven method:
Place on a baking sheet making sure to space them out and cook at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until peppers are at desired softness
